These Mobile Messaging Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in the Samus Build Notifications SMS program. By opting in to the Program inside your Samus account, you accept and agree to these Terms in addition to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Program Description

Edaphic Corporation ("Edaphic"), operating the Samus platform at app.samus.ai, runs the Samus Build Notifications mobile messaging program (the "Program"), an optional, transactional SMS service that delivers automated alerts about your build activity on the Samus platform — including build start, phase completion, errors, and build completion. The Program is offered to authenticated Samus account holders located in the United States. Edaphic does not send marketing or promotional messages through the Program.

2. User Opt-In

You may only enroll in the Program from inside your authenticated Samus account at app.samus.ai. To opt in:

  1. Sign in to your account and add a U.S. mobile phone number in Account Settings (E.164 format, e.g., +14155551234).
  2. Open Notification Settings and toggle the SMS switch on. A confirmation dialog will appear summarizing the Program, message frequency, costs, and cancellation instructions.
  3. Tap Agree & Enable in the dialog. This action constitutes your express written consent to receive automated text messages from Samus at the number you provided. SMS is off by default and cannot be enabled without this affirmative action.

After successful opt-in, you will receive a one-time confirmation message:

Samus: You're now subscribed to build notifications. Msg frequency varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. Msg & Data rates may apply.

Step 03 Tapping the SMS toggle opens a consent dialog disclosing the sending business, message frequency, msg & data rates, opt-out and help instructions, and links to these SMS Terms and the Privacy Policy. The user must explicitly tap "Agree & Enable" to opt in.

3. User Opt-Out

You may cancel the Program at any time. To opt out:

  • Reply STOP to any message from Samus. We also honor CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, and STOPALL.
  • Toggle SMS off in Notification Settings at app.samus.ai, or remove your phone number from Account Settings.
  • Email support@samus.ai requesting opt-out.

After opting out via SMS, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. You may re-enroll at any time by replying START or by re-enabling SMS in your account.

4. Cost & Frequency

Message and data rates may apply. Samus does not charge for the Program, but standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages you send and receive. Contact your carrier for plan details. Samus and your carrier are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message frequency varies based on your build activity and selected notification level. Typical usage ranges from a few messages per week to several messages per day during active builds. You will not receive messages when no build activity is occurring.

5. Support & Help

For help, reply HELP or INFO to any message from Samus, or contact support@samus.ai. Standard help reply: "Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&Data Rates May Apply."

6. Privacy of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Phone numbers and SMS delivery are processed through Twilio, our messaging service provider, solely to deliver the messages you have requested as part of the Program. Information sharing for the purposes of providing the Program is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. MMS Disclosure

The Program is delivered as SMS only. We do not send picture, audio, or video (MMS) messages.

8. Eligibility & Carriers

The Program is available to U.S. mobile phone numbers on participating wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and most regional carriers. You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile device associated with the phone number you provide.

9. Modifications & Termination

We may modify or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. We may also suspend your participation in the Program if we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized, or unlawful activity. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Your continued participation in the Program after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the change.
